Accessibility Statement
Infotel Software wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement sets out, plainly, where infotel-software.com stands against the French accessibility standard (RGAA) and what remains to be done.
Our approach
Digital accessibility means making online content and services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, whatever hardware, software or settings they use to browse the web.
This statement is part of a voluntary approach. We chose to assess our website against the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA, website in French), the official accessibility standard in France, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA), and to publish the results as they are, including any points that still need to be fixed.
It applies to infotel-software.com, in its French, English and German versions.
Compliance status
The infotel-software.com website is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2. All applicable criteria are met on the audited pages, but the contact page, the demo request page and the legal notice page, as well as the cookie consent banner, have not yet been evaluated (section 4). This status will be reviewed once they have been evaluated.
100%
of RGAA 4.1.2 criteria are met on the audited pages
Partially compliant
Test results
The compliance audit carried out on October 16, 2026 by the Infotel Software web team (internal audit), and updated on October 19, 2026 after the videos were made accessible, shows that:
- 100% of RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met: all 74 criteria that apply to the audited pages are compliant;
- the average compliance rate of the audited pages is 100%.
The first rate counts a criterion as non-compliant as soon as a single page fails it; the second is the average of the rates obtained by each page. The RGAA has 106 criteria; 32 do not apply to any of the audited pages, because they contain no relevant content.

Non-accessible content
Non-compliance
No non-compliance was found on the audited pages. The videos, the last non-compliant item, now come with a text transcript and, when they have a voice-over, English and French captions.
Exemptions for disproportionate burden
No exemption is claimed.
Third-party content
The contact and demo request forms (SharpSpring) and the cookie consent banner (Axeptio) are provided by third-party services and were not evaluated in this audit. Websites that infotel-software.com links to, such as the technical support portal or the product documentation, are not covered by this statement.
If any of these services causes you difficulty, email or call us (section 7) and we will handle your request directly.
Next steps
The contact, demo request and legal notice pages, with their forms, and the cookie consent banner will be evaluated next; screen reader output will be checked at the same time. This statement will be updated once that evaluation is complete.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on October 16, 2026, based on an internal audit carried out the same day. It was updated on October 19, 2026, after the videos were made accessible: transcripts, captions and a new video player.
Technologies used
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SVG
- WordPress, with the Divi theme
- WPML to manage the three languages
Test environment
The pages were checked in the Chromium 141 browser, the engine behind Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, at three display sizes:
- desktop, 1,366 pixels wide: automated tests, contrast and a full keyboard walkthrough;
- mobile, 390 pixels wide: automated tests and contrast;
- narrow screen, 320 pixels wide, with increased text spacing: reflow and readability of content.
Screen reader output has not yet been checked: this will be done during the next review, with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
Evaluation tools
- axe-core 4.10, for automated testing of each page
- Lighthouse 13.5 in PageSpeed Insights, on the live site
- W3C Nu Html Checker, for code validity
- Pixel-level contrast measurement, including text placed over a gradient or a photo
- Review of the code of the pages, shared components and site plugins

Each page was evaluated together with the elements shared across the site: header and menu, footer, reading comfort panel, language suggestion bar and back-to-top button. The audit covered the French version, whose addresses are listed above; the English and German versions are built on the same pages and the same components.
Navigation aids
The first time you press the Tab key, a “Skip to content” link appears at the top of every page: it takes you straight to the main content, without going through the menu again.
The site offers a reading comfort panel, opened from the tab on the left edge of every page. It lets you enlarge text, underline links, increase contrast, widen letter spacing, switch to a font designed for easier reading and reduce animations. These settings are kept from one visit to the next in the same browser.
The sitemap shows how the site is organized, section by section, and offers instant search, also available with the Ctrl+K shortcut (⌘K on Mac).
What this panel does not replace
The reading comfort panel is an additional aid. It does not replace the site’s compliance with the RGAA, your operating system or browser settings, or the assistive technology you normally use. The site also respects your system preferences, including reduced motion.
